Jan Novak 9ee2dd782d fix: add missing qrcode and pillow dependencies to Dockerfile and pyproject.toml ...

This fixes the 'ModuleNotFoundError: No module named qrcode' error in the container.
Updated pyproject.toml version to 0.10.
