kacerrandClaude Opus 5.5	022facc957	refactor: move Python implementation to legacy/, make Go primary ... Go (go/) becomes the primary implementation. The original Python version moves to legacy/ and is kept runnable; new features are still built in both (see the Dual implementation rule in CLAUDE.md). - git mv app.py, scripts/, templates/, tests/, pyproject.toml, uv.lock and build/ into legacy/ - Makefile: Python targets point at legacy/, venv in legacy/.venv, CREDENTIALS_PATH exported for the root .secret/ file - CI and make image build the Python image with legacy/ as context; the Makefile is no longer copied into the image - legacy/.dockerignore moved to the context root so it takes effect - CLAUDE.md, docs/README.md, Go comments, fixture README, capture script and VS Code launch config updated to the new layout Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>	2026-10-08 11:33:57 +02:00
kacerrandClaude Opus 4.8	6d7dbfa624	fix(ci): resolve image tag via Gitea API instead of artifact ... upload/download-artifact@v4 is not supported on Gitea (GHES). Replace with a direct Gitea API call in gitops-update: look up the tag name whose commit SHA matches workflow_run.head_sha. Reverts the artifact upload from build.yaml; no changes to build.yaml logic. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>	2026-06-12 19:59:24 +02:00
kacerrandClaude Opus 4.8	d263d8a534	fix(ci): pass Go image tag from build to gitops via artifact ... github.event.workflow_run.head_branch is not populated for tag pushes in Gitea Actions, causing the image tag to resolve to empty (-go suffix with no version). Fix: build-go uploads the full image reference as a one-line artifact; gitops-update downloads it via download-artifact@v4 with run-id from the workflow_run event. kacerrandClaude Opus 4.7	cf0f176d3f	feat: Go rewrite M1 — skeleton, tooling, and hello server ... Stand up the Go project alongside the Python backend so both run independently during migration. `make web-go` builds and serves on :8080; `make web-py` (alias: `make web`) keeps the Python side on :5001. - go/: new module `fuj-management/go` (Go 1.26) - cmd/fuj: stdlib-flag dispatcher; `server` + `version` work, fees/reconcile/sync/infer stubbed for M2/M4 - internal/config: env loader mirroring scripts/config.py - internal/logging: slog setup, level taken from config - internal/web: net/http ServeMux + request-timer middleware - build/Dockerfile: golang:1.26 → alpine:3 multi-stage image - .golangci.yml: govet, staticcheck, errcheck, gofumpt, unused - Makefile: web→web-py alias; go-build/go-test/go-run/go-lint/web-go - CI: parallel build-go job in .gitea/workflows/build.yaml (<tag>-go image) - docs/plans/: M1 kickoff plan + progress tracker (M1 complete) - .claude/settings.json: gofumpt + golangci-lint permissions Gate: make go-build ✓ make go-lint ✓ make go-test ✓ curl :8080 ✓ Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>	2026-05-04 12:05:46 +02:00

Jan NovakandAntigravity	3bfea4e0a4	feat: initial dashboard implementation and robust attendance parsing ... - Added a Makefile to easily run project scripts (fees, match, web, image) - Modified attendance.py to dynamically handle a variable number of header rows from the Google Sheet - Updated both attendance calculations and calculate_fees terminal output to show actual attendance counts (e.g., '750 CZK (3)') - Created a Flask web dashboard (app.py and templates/fees.html) to view member fees in an attractive, condensed, terminal-like UI - Bound the Flask server to port 5000 and added a routing alias from '/' to '/fees' - Configured Python virtual environment (.venv) creation directly into the Makefile to resolve global pip install errors on macOS Co-authored-by: Antigravity <antigravity@deepmind.com>	2026-02-27 13:20:42 +01:00
