fix: add missing qrcode and pillow dependencies to Dockerfile and pyproject.toml

This fixes the 'ModuleNotFoundError: No module named qrcode' error in the container. Updated pyproject.toml version to 0.10. Co-authored-by: Antigravity <antigravity@google.com>
