Point the KVM integration tests at a dedicated known_hosts
Leaving KVM_TEST_KNOWN_HOSTS unset silently disables host-key verification for the run, so document it as part of the normal setup rather than as an optional extra, and suggest a kvm_known_hosts holding only the hypervisors. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
