Kubernetes operator that will:
- deploy new proxies (vm from specific image, with specific cloudinit)
- keep further information about them (ip, status, healthcheck)
- provide some kind of service discovery allowing clients to choose one of the proxies by some attributes/labels
- possibly keeping track of proxies installed some other way
